Happy birthday,Pn Lim!

Happy birthday,Pn Lim!
Today my classmates bought a ice-cream cake..
We want to celebrate Pn Lim birthday together..
She looks shocked and happy with our celebration..
It is nice and everyone seems to be enjoyed..
And,the cake is delicious also..
She makes a wish that we can score A in her subject,PA..
Anyway,thanks Pn Lim try her best to teach us..
She did a lot of things for us,like giving us exercise,trying to discuss our mistakes,talking about some issue for us to listen...
Her knowledge helps us a lot..
I am appreciate that she is our PA teacher..
i will try to score well in STPM de..
dont worry,teacher..

Sea Cow

today i saw an interesting topic in the newspaper..
it is about the extinction of animal..
one of the animal is sea cow..
this is my first time i know this animal..
and,i look at the picture..
the animal quite look like a cow...
so today i have done some research on this animal..
i would like to share this with you all..
Steller's sea cow (Hydrodamalis gigas) is a large extinct sirenian mammal. Formerly abundant throughout the North Pacific, its range was limited to a single, isolated population on the uninhabited Commander Islands by 1741 when it was first described by Georg Wilhelm Steller, chief naturalist on an expedition led by explorer Vitus Bering. Within 27 years of discovery by Europeans, the slow moving and easily captured Steller's sea cow was hunted to extinction.
The sea cow grew at least 8 metres (26 ft)to 9 meters or 30 feet long,much larger than the manatee or dugong. Steller's work contains two contradictory weights: 4 and 24.3 tons. The true value probably lies between these figures, around 8-10 tons.It looked somewhat like a large seal, but had two stout forelimbs and a whale-like tail. According to Steller, "The animal never comes out on shore, but always lives in the water. Its skin is black and thick, like the bark of an old oak…, its head in proportion to the body is small…, it has no teeth, but only two flat white bones—one above, the other below". It was completely tame, according to Steller. They fed on a variety of kelp. Wherever sea cows had been feeding, heaps of stalks and roots of kelp were washed ashore. The sea cow was also a slow swimmer and apparently was unable to submerge.
The population of sea cows was small and limited in range when Steller first described them. Steller said they were numerous and found in herds, but zoologist Leonhard Hess Stejneger later estimated that at discovery there had been fewer than 1,500 remaining, and thus had been in immediate danger of extinction from overhunting by humans.They were quickly wiped out by the sailors, seal hunters, and fur traders that followed Bering's route past the islands to Alaska, who hunted them both for food and for their skins, which were used to make boats. They were also hunted for their valuable subcutaneous fat, which was not only used for food (usually as a butter substitute), but also for oil lamps because it did not give off any smoke or odor and could be kept for a long time in warm weather without spoiling. By 1768, 27 years after it had been discovered by Europeans, Steller's sea cow was extinct.

Today Muet exam..

today is my muet exam...
it is one of my important exam in this year...
and today is merentas desa...
but today because of my exam...
i didnt involve in this yearly activity..
actually i hope to go also,but nevermind la...
haiz...
anyway...i really hope that i can get at least band 4 in my exam...
if not i will retake the exam again in November...
after today,i still got speaking exam...
so hope that that time i wont so panicked and do the mistake...

Happy birthday to my dear kai mui,Swee Imn...^^

at here,i would like to say happy birthday to my dear kai mui,Swee Imn...
tomorrow is her birthday...
hope she will enjoy her birthday tomorrow...
wish that her dream can come true one day...
yesterday i just celebrate her birthday with Kar Yee,Vivian,Jia Xin,Sin Ling,Jia Qian,Wen Cai,Chris,Ying Siew,Yen Theng,Ginnie and Jonanthan...
she seems so happy and enjoy yesterday because we had made a lot of surprise for her...
especially Chris was wearing a shirt with word 'SURPRISE'...
so we all ask her to stand beside the door to give Swee Imn surprise...
luckily all people come in the right time before Swee Imn came...
if not,the surprise that we made all wont work...
i came at there around 4.20pm and i saw there are already a few people gather around there...
then Kar Yee asked me,Jia Qian and Yen Theng to hide inside the room first...
and we were waiting for Jonanthan to come because he is the one of the organisers...
finally,our 'watak utama' came already...
she feel shocked and look happy after we made the surprise...
then we decided to order the food to eat first because Kar Yee kept on saying she was very hungry...
so i and Jonanthan decide to order one set of steamboat food and the fish soup because Jonanthan feel that he feel not hungry yet...
and we know if the girls cant finish the food,boys will be the one who finish it...
haha...
after that,we keep on taking photo with each other...
i and Jonanthan become the photographer around that,but i admit my taking photo skill is not good enough la...
if i took the photo not nice,dont blame me or scold me o...
later on,i keep on chating with Ginnie,Kar Yee,Swee Imn and Jonanthan until my food still left so much in my pot...
therefore,while Kar Yee took the video,i am the one who still busy eating my food...
after watching the video from Kar Yee facebook,i found that i dont have any response and looked so noob!haiz...
after finish the food,all of us hold the camera ah,phone ah keep on going to take photo with each other...
it look like the photo contest...
Ginnie looked so active...
she took the egg and did some weird movement...
then i laughed and shaked my head...
Yen Theng saw what i did;she said:'Vincent,we all still like the children..not like you..'
i replied:'Yen Theng,this mean i am the oldest among you all la...haha...but nevermind la...i dont think you all are children la..dont think i will think until like that..'
when i was taking photo with Yen Theng,suddenly light off...
and i can heard the birthday song sound...
we sang the birthday song together to Swee Imn...
actually we have forget an important steps...we havent ask her to wish leh...haha...
it's was the chocolate banana cake...^^
Vivian cut the cake into a few slides...
when Swee Imn gave me the birthday cake,she asked:'the cake you think is enough mah?it looked so little..'
i replied:'mui,is enough already la..now gor is in diet..' actually i felt shy to ask for more...hehe...
Finally,i got to go already...
my dad was waiting at the outside of the restoran...
Jonanthan will accompany the girls inside the room...
before i went home,Vivian,Swee Imn,Yen Theng,Jia Xin and Ginnie still at there...
i think they still busy taking photo gua...they looked likely dont feel want to go home yet...
anyway,i am really enjoyed in this celebration party...
i think mui felt ok already because before the day she was not feeling well...

now very lazy to write blog...

so sorry to my readers...
in this few weeks i am really so tired...
tired of studying...
this is because my first term result very bad...
my dad said i not putting enough effort in the study...
so i decided to study every day...
no games,no activities,no sports...
thats my life now...
